FEES, REFUNDS AND CHARGES

SUBSCRIPTION FEES
Client (1265 Films’ subscriber) shall pay for all subscription fees, and hereby authorizes 1265 Films (and its payment processors) to debit Client’s bank account or charge Client’s credit card, as stated on Client’s channel subscription and billing page. Client agrees that all subscriptions are recurring and will renew automatically. Client shall also be solely responsible for paying and remitting to the appropriate tax authorities all applicable taxes (withholding tax, sales tax, services tax, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), etc.) or duties imposed by any government entity or collecting agency except those taxes based on 1265 Films’ net income.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Client (1265 Films’ subscriber) acknowledges that all subscription fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis until the Client cancels their channel subscription (month-to-month). Client may cancel their subscription by filling up the cancellation form located in the footer or by emailing 1265 Films at office@1265multi.tempurl.host.

REFUNDS
All 1265 Films subscription plans include do not have a trial period. The chosen plan is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable; no refunds will be issued. Once you cancelled your subscription plan, you will not be charged when comes the next billing period. 1265 Films does not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscription plans. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.

*1265 Films members entrants retain all rights to their screenplays.
*By submitting your script for financing, you represent and affirm that your entry is an original creative work, and does not infringe, misappropriate or violate the copyright, trademark or other intellectual rights of any third party.
*By submitting your script for financing, you acknowledge and agree that our producers receive numerous submissions of ideas, stories and scripts, and that your submission, and the ideas and stories embodied in it, may be similar or identical to other material already received and/or developed by one or more of the producers. You also agree that you are not entitled to any compensation or credit for use by producers of any such other material.
